Do you support SAML and OIDC?

Yes. EduID works with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect for SSO. You can also launch tools via LTI 1.3.

What is counted as an active identity?

An account that signs in at least once during the month.

Can we connect multiple directories?

Yes. Campus supports multiple SCIM connectors (e.g., Entra + Google + LDAP).

Do you offer custom connectors or SLAs?

Yes, under the Enterprise plan. We can build connectors and define SLAs for your environment.
